Spring/Summer 2010. Summerskills PIP Fundraiser. Each year AB PIP sells SummerSkills K-12 math, English & foreign language books. The SummerSkills review books are a series of high-impact study guides that help students maintain their academic skills over the summer.

Science, Math and ART (SMART)
5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Children’s Discovery and Science Discovery, 177 Main Street, Acton. Enjoy this FREE evening featuring women role models
Do you love animals? Join us for a fun, free evening with women from a wide variety of careers related to animals. Meet these women who’ve made their passion their profession–from veterinary medicine, to clinical pathology lab work, to using animals for people therapy, to painting animal portraits! Try hands-on activities and learn about exciting and surprising careers that incorporate science, math, and art! SMART Gals Family Night is sponsored by Ramsey McCluskey Family Foundation and the following Cultural Councils: Acton-Boxborough, Carlisle, Lincoln, Littleton, Maynard, Stow, Wayland, Westford and Weston.

The Discovery Museums in Acton - The Discovery Museums, located in Acton, Massachusetts, just west of Boston, inspire enduring curiosity and love of learning through interactive discovery, hands-on inquiry and scientific investigations. Younger children learn while they play at the Children's Discovery Museum. Older children explore scientific concepts and hands-on creativity at the Science Discovery Museum. The Museums have extensive school programs which include museum field trips, group visits, and classroom outreach. See the
